Welcome to FreeBaller™ — makers of the original Free Golf Balls for Life™ retriever.
When you visit, browse, or buy from getfreeballer.com, you’re agreeing to these Terms.
If you don’t agree, that’s cool — but you can’t use the site or make a purchase.

2. Who We Are

FreeBaller LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and sells innovative golf products built for fun, savings, and adventure.
We’re based in Florida, USA, and operate this website for U.S. customers.

You agree to:

  • Use the site for personal, lawful purposes only.
  • Not hack, scrape, or interfere with the site or others’ use of it.

4. Product Information & Availability

Our product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible — but mistakes can happen.
We may correct or update information at any time without notice.
Availability isn’t guaranteed; if something sells out, you’ll be refunded or notified right away.

Important note:
FreeBaller is a land-based golf ball retriever — not designed for water hazards, high-impact play, or unsafe use.
Use common sense. Don’t swing it like a club, poke anyone with it, or point UV lights at eyes.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Payment is due at checkout via accepted Shopify payment methods.
Orders are subject to acceptance — we may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion (for fraud prevention or inventory reasons).

Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our fulfillment partners in the U.S.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our warehouse, risk of loss transfers to you.

If your package goes missing after confirmed delivery, we’ll do our best to help, but we’re not liable for carrier errors or porch pirates.

7. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our product — if there’s a manufacturing issue, email holler@freeballer.com within 30 days of receipt.
To keep things hygienic and fair, used products can’t be returned.
Refunds or replacements are issued only for items returned in original condition and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, designs, product names, and taglines — belongs to FreeBaller LLC.

That includes our registered and pending trademarks:
FreeBaller™ and Free Golf Balls for Life™.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the brand without written permission.
Third-party trademarks (like Titleist® or Pro V1®) belong to their respective owners; use doesn’t imply endorsement.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our products are sold “as is.”
We make no express or implied warranties beyond those required by law — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Golf and outdoor activity carry inherent risks. FreeBaller isn’t responsible for injuries, property damage, or lost balls caused by misuse or bad judgment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or goodwill).

Some states don’t allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you — but we’ll follow all applicable laws.

11. Indemnification

If your use of the site or product causes harm, violates laws, or infringes rights, you agree to indemnify and hold FreeBaller LLC harmless from any resulting claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Seminole County, FL.
