1. The Short Version
We stand behind the gear we build.
If something’s wrong with your FreeBaller, we’ll make it right.
If you just changed your mind after using it — that’s on you.
2. Our Promise
FreeBaller™ products are made to last and tested for adventure.
Every unit is inspected before shipping.
If yours arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we’ll repair, replace, or refund it — fast.
Email holler@freeballer.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We’ll reply within 2 business days.
3. What’s Returnable
✅ Unused, unopened products in original packaging (within 30 days)
✅ Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage
4. What’s Not Returnable
🚫 Used gear (once it’s been on the course, in the rough, or in your bag)
🚫 Items damaged from misuse — swinging it like a driver, poking buddies, or submerging in water
🚫 Final-sale or clearance items
We can’t resell used equipment — no exceptions.
5. How to Send It Back
Once we approve your return, we’ll email a return label.
Pack it carefully in its original box when possible.
When we receive and inspect it, your refund or replacement ships out.
Refunds go back to the original payment method; please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
6. Warranty Coverage
FreeBaller Limited Warranty: 90 days from delivery.
Covers manufacturing defects only.
Does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
If a legit defect shows up during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
7. Exchanges
Need a swap for the same item?
Once your original is returned and approved, we’ll ship the replacement immediately (inventory permitting).
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for approved defective items.
For non-defective returns (when eligible), shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Our Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, abuse, or tampering.
If that happens, we’ll send it back — and maybe a friendly reminder about Section 4.
10. Liability Limit
Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We’re not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use or misuse.
