1. How We Ship
We ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment partners — fast, tracked, and packaged like a premium product deserves.
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and ship Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order heads out.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery is usually:

U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days (most orders by 3 days)

Alaska / Hawaii: Currently not servicing

APO / FPO: Currently not servicing

We currently ship within the United States only. (Alaska, Hawaii, International, APO/FPO coming later — we promise.)
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, or golf-course distractions can slow things down.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We occasionally run free-shipping promos — if so, you’ll see it clearly at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS (if opted in).
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing, check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us — 90 % of “missing” packages turn up within 24 hours.
If it’s truly gone, email holler@freeballer.com and we’ll help file a carrier claim.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at holler@freeballer.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll fix it fast — replacement, refund, or solution at our discretion.
6. Lost Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
We’ll assist with carrier investigations, but we can’t refund or reship until the carrier confirms loss.
7. Preorders & Backorders
Preorder and backorder dates are estimates and subject to change.
We’ll email updates if timelines shift — no ghosting, we promise.
8. Address Changes
Double-check your shipping info before checkout.
If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately — we can’t reroute packages once shipped.
9. International Orders (Future)
We’re testing international shipping soon.
When available, duties / VAT / import taxes will be the customer’s responsibility.
